With a degree from the New Ventures West Coaching School, CA and a qualification as an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, she is a powerful blend of personal experience and professional training.

Focusing on ‘Personal Coaching’ and ‘Life- and Business Mapping Seminars’ for small groups up to 25 participants, Coach Lillian Coury’s client structure ranges from (1) executive men and women, facing new management challenges and work requirements, (2) ambitious entrepreneurs and (3) second career clients (active seniors and retired military employees), searching for new goals in life. Coach Lillian Coury also applies ‘Train-the-Trainer Programs’ to corporations and advises HR Directors to choose staff members for the training sessions. She founded her coaching firm Pegasus Pathways Inc. 8 years ago and has been coaching throughout the country ever since.
