With a degree from the New Ventures West Coaching School, CA and a qualification as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, she is a powerful blend of personal experience and professional training.  She founded Pegasus Pathways Inc. 8 years ago and has been coaching throughout the country ever since.

 

"Goals & Visions Mini-Retreat" is a 4-hour workshop which brings a fresh perspective of the BIG picture, integrating your life and business for the busy professional and launches an effective action plan.  Coach Lillian also offers ‘Train-the-Trainer Programs’ to business leaders to deepen trust and maximize the trickle down effect as they develop internal leaders and bring the organization's vision into reality. 

 

Committed to the success of others, Coach Lillian Coury maintains a very active role in various business groups:  she is a contributing member of Rotary International and active in the Phoenix Rotary 100 Club and is a member of NAWBO (the National Association of Women Business Owners).  She actively supports the Valley of the Sun YMCA, Hunkapi Horse Programs, and Gabriel's Angels.

The company name and logo, "Pegasus Pathways", captures Lillian's passion for horses, and the mythology captures the spirit of her coaching.  The story of Pegasus, the great white winged horse, is that he carried his rider to victory in battle with the gods...Coach Lillian helps her clients overcome their own limitations and soar to new heights of success and fulfillment.  However, she is limited to riding her Arabian gelding Cassanova on the ground.
